ArrayOn P1000D Fully Automated Digital PCR Analyzer

ArrayOn P1000D Fully Automated Digital PCR Analyzer

Chip-based digital PCR with 6-color detection and up to 40,000 reaction units — results within one hour.

The ArrayOn P1000D is Inarray's in-house developed, fully automated digital PCR analyzer. Its integrated chip design completes the whole digital PCR reaction in a single manual step: the sealed chip partitions the sample into up to 40,000 micro-reaction units, and a high-efficiency thermal module with 6-color fluorescence optics finishes multi-target reactions in under an hour. Uniquely, every micro-reaction well is monitored in real time, so each single-molecule amplification is verified individually — giving researchers both absolute quantification and an expandable real-time dataset.

Why it matters

  • One-step operation: all reactions happen inside one instrument after a single manual step.
  • Closed-tube reaction and detection: sealed chip, no sample transfer, fewer handling errors.
  • Fast: multi-target digital PCR completed in under one hour.
  • High precision: up to 40,000 reaction units with per-well real-time amplification readout.
  • 6-color channels: the highest detection channel count on the market, maximum multiplexing headroom.
