Three-target COVID-19 nucleic acid test on one sealed chip, about 40 minutes.
Developed for the General Administration of Customs rapid-screening programme and accepted in 2020 together with the CarryOn P1000Q, this chip completes the entire SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid test on a single fully enclosed microfluidic chip: swab in, three-target (ORF1ab + E + N) result out in about 40 minutes with a detection limit of 100 copies. Suitable for customs, inspection and quarantine, food-safety and medical institutions that need on-site rapid testing without a biosafety laboratory.
